Ø Set up vendors
Ø Cost out all products sold and ensure a profitable operation
Ø Using relationships to achieve best contracts and pricing across the board

Ø Implement beverage training manual and recipe book for all drink recipes and drink ingredient recipes
Ø As many as 36 on-site trainings per year
Ø Work with management on inventory management, order guides, pars, and organization
Ø Costing out all beverage products and controlling all beverage COGS

Package 4 – Beverage Program Overhaul
